Product Description:The Korean Pear is a fruit grown in East Asia and is very popular during the spring time. The Korean Pear known as “bae” is hard, crisp, and very juicy due to their high water content, which makes them low in calorie and a very good source of dietary fiber. Typically, in Korean homes they are not generally cooked into pies or preserved into jams or jellies, but they are often peeled and enjoyed raw as a dessert or snack.
Detail:Very low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium. It is also a good source of vitamin C and vitamin k, and a very good source of dietary fiber.
TEXTURE: Fine smooth, and edible skin can be brownish-yellow tint while the inner flesh is white. Round and very large in size.
